FAQ's For Floral Arrangements

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available on weekdays for orders placed by 12:00pm.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes. Orders must be placed by 10:00am. A 10% Saturday surcharge applies.

Are you open on Sundays?
We are closed on Sundays, except for Mother’s Day weekend, where a 20% surcharge applies.

Are prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include all applicable taxes.

Who delivers my flowers?
We partner with professional local couriers who provide door-to-door delivery in air-conditioned vehicles and are experienced in flower care.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Flowers will be left in a safe place where possible. Incorrect delivery details may result in a re-delivery fee.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Designs shown are a guide only. Due to seasonal availability, some flowers or containers may vary, but your arrangement will always reflect the same style and colour palette.

Do you guarantee freshness?
Absolutely. Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
